One of our shipments sent to our UK customers has been stolen in
this incident. It is a good case to show how we will handle the
shipment loss when our customers do not get the shipments they
ordered.

How we
handle shipment loss?
For the shipments we sent to our customers and found to be loss
for some reasons. We will contact the Post Office and ask for a
report. If the Post Office proof the shipment we sent does not
reach our customer, we will file a claim to the Post Office to
get the money back from them. Then we will get in
touch with our customer and re send a new shipment as Free
Replacement Shipment to the customer.
In this UK Parcel
Force case, Paul from UK is the unlucky customer. we have get in
contacted him, and the free replacement shipment is schedule to
send to Paul in this coming Friday (29 Oct 2004) as we both
agreed in the email communications.
